Public Service & Ministry Background:

Dr. William Jeynes also known as Rev. Bill Jeynes, of God’s Love Ministries, has served as a missionary/evangelist since 1982 and in ministry since 1978. He is married to a wonderful wife, Hyelee, and has three precious children.

He is a well-known public speaker having spoken in nearly every state in the country and have ministered in 25 nations. He has spoken for the White House, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services, the National Press Club, UN delegates, members of Congress, the Acting President of South Korea, Harvard University, the Harvard Family Research Project, Cambridge University, Oxford University, Columbia University, Duke University, Notre Dame University, and many other well-known universities.

More than 150,000 people have come to the Lord through God’s Love Ministries and about 200,000 have been healed.

He has served as a consultant for the US and South Korean governments. Bill has been interviewed or quoted by the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the London Times, the Associated Press (AP), CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, and many other news sources. His worked has been cited and quoted numerous times by the U.S. Congress, the British Parliament, the EU, and many State Supreme Courts across the United States.

He is particularly involved in getting the Bible as literature taught in the public schools and prayer in the schools. By God’s grace, the Bible as Literature courses (3-6 high school units) are now taught in approximately 505 school districts in 43 states. He has been interviewed by a wide spectrum of sources including news radio stations, public radio, Focus on the Family, and the nation’s most listened to local Christian broadcast, Talk from the Heart with Rich Buhler. He is regularly listed in Who’s Who in the World.

Academic & Publication Background:

Dr. Jeynes is an academic who graduated first in His class at Harvard University and is also a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he received the Rosenberger Award for being the cohort’s best student.

He currently is a professor at Cal. State- Long Beach and a Senior Fellow at the Witherspoon Institute on the campus of Princeton University. He previously taught at other colleges and graduate schools, including the University of Chicago, USC, and Hillsdale College.

He has about 145 academic publications, including 100 articles, 12 books, and 35 book chapters. His articles have appeared in journals by Columbia University, Harvard University (two Harvard journals), the University of Chicago, Cambridge University, Notre Dame University, the London School of Economics, and other prestigious academic journals. He has also written for the White House and for both the G.W. Bush and Obama administrations.

Bill and Hyelee believe it is only by God’s grace that these doors have opened. And they believe that they are examples of the fact that God uses donkeys. They believe strongly in the value of every individual before God. Therefore, in addition to preaching God’s Word, the services Bill and his family hold emphasize personal ministry at the altar.
