ROTECTS girls competitive sports and school spaces to be for biological girls only.
PREVENTS the sterilization of children by prohibiting the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, mastectomies and genital surgeries

About this initiative - The initiative will:
(1) repeal the California law that permits students to compete in female's sports and students to be in females' locker rooms and
bathrooms;
(2) prohibit schools from deceiving parents about their student's gender identity crisis and stop them from secretly transitioning a child; and
(3) stop sex change operations and chemical castrations on minors.
But first we need a half a million VALID signatures to get it on the ballot!
How many signatures are required for the Nov. 2024 Ballot ?
Close to 550,000 valid signatures signed by CA registered voters.
Deadline to send your signed petitions: April 13, 2024.
CA Gov. requires all VALID petition to be in their office by April 18th. Therefore, we need all petition submitted to the below address by April 13th, for review first.
HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE IN CALIFORNIA FOR YOUR CHILDREN:

DO’s:
· ENTIRE petition MUST be signed by residents from the SAME COUNTY.
· Must PRINT your name, home street address.
· MUST SIGN.
· Use only Black or Blue pens.
· The Declaration of Circulator is completely filled out and signed.
· The pages of the petition (pages 5,6,7) are securely stapled together
DON’T
· DO NOT use Official Use Only space.
· DO NOT sign in the different county from your county.
MAKE SURE to check which COUNTY you are signing on the petition. ** if you download the PETITION, you will see the screenshots of examples.
· DO NOT go over the line (your signature must be WITHIN your box)
· NO color pens other than black or blue.
· NO "white out" or correction tape used on the petition.
